Elizabeth has been self-employed as a sole practitioner since 1990. Her practice is a general practice both in civil and criminal law. It consists of the following areas: real property closings (both residential and commercial) and foreclosures, domestic relations, estate planning, business and corporate law and personal injury. She is also licensed to practice in the Federal District Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court in Atlanta.

Elizabeth graduated in the top ten of her graduating law school
class. Her undergraduate degree was a double major in Accounting and
Sociology. She is past-president of the Eastwood Rotary Club in
Birmingham, Alabama; a member of the Alabama State Bar and
Birmingham Bar Association. Currently she serves on the Library
Committee of the Birmingham Bar Association. Previously she served
on the Alabama State Bar Committee on Substance Abuse in Society and
is Past Chairperson of the Advisory Council of the Retired and
Senior Volunteer Program of the Jefferson County (R.S.V.P.).
She is a
member of Hunter Street Baptist Church in Hoover, Alabama,
Birmingham. Elizabeth is also on the board of the
Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Helena
Business and Professional Association.
